A Year of ConflictThis special issue of The Information Front was a twenty-page supplement we were asked to guest edit in the weekly Financial Times Magazine (UK). Ten photographers, all coming from a diverse array of ages, practices, and regions across Ukraine, show us the state of war one year on from Russia’s invasion of February, 2023. In this issue, we looked at stark, black and white photojournalism to more narrative and poetic ways of capturing conflict, and the consequences of this violence on human lives.
